
The Red lights under the ink cartridges returned and front Yellow light wasn't flashing. Do the same for the both side covers and the top cover. Pry upward on the bottom of the cover to release the tabs. Then I used a BUTTER KNIFE to gently pry apart by the back cover. I unplugged the printer and used Philips screw driver to remove the two screws in back cover.
